Sengoku Iori Vs. Jinno Ichiou is the eighth battle of the second round of the Unabara Tournament. This is also the third battle between the Ogame School and the Myoujin School, which is between Sengoku Iori of the Ogame School and Jinno Ichiou of the Myoujin School.
Prologue[]
After Shinnojou and Iori show up, Naokotsu tells Ichiou and Banri to kill the Ogame School no matter what. Ichou then thinks about how he knows the two that showed up and that Iori is the one with the strength that Jinsuke found worthy. Ichiou then thinks about how Iori is make a good test to see how closer he has become to the thousand slayer. Ichiou then thinks about how he has trained for the past 12 years and that their is no opponent that he can't beat.
Battle[]
Ichiou then points his Ginkan at Iori and tells him to draw his sword. Iori then turns around, which Ichou says that he will show Iori his Ginkan and that he is Iori's opponent. Iori then says that he won't draw his sword, which Ichiou asks if Iori is running away. Iori says no, and explains that his sword would be damaged if he uses it against someone who doesn't require it. Iori then says that he can't see how Ichiou is worthy, which makes Ichiou angry. Ichiou then charges at Iori, which Iori uses Shidensen to dodge the thrust. Ichiou is then shocked by what happened, which then Iori slams his fist into Ichiou's face. Iori then thinks that he is not done, and punches Ichiou in the back which cause Ichiou ribs to break. Ichiou then falls unconscious, which Iori tells him to live out the rest of his years in peace.
Aftermath[]
Naokotsu is shocked by what happen, and the others think about how strong Iori is. Shin then tells Iori that Ichiou is now bothering between life and death because of his stupidity. Iori then says that Ichiou won't die since he was holding back. Naoyoshi then thinks about how Iori is on a completely different level, which Iori says that the third one has been defeated.
